Puree some cooked carrots or pumpkin in a blender and aim to end up with 3tsbp of puree. Add to a bowl containing 60ml/2fl oz of natural, Greek style yoghurt and 3tbsp runny honey. Combine thoroughly. Run a warm, not hot bath, and slather your face and body with the mask. Relax in the bath for 10-20 minutes and then rinse off in a warm shower.
