For hair to be strong and healthy the scalp needs to be supple and well maintained with good blood supply. Help improve blood supply by applying olive or almond oil along the part line and massage into the hair with firm, regular, circular motions for 5 minutes or so. Wrap hair in a shower cap and then in a warm towel and allow the oil to sink into the scalp for 15 minutes. Shampoo as normal and repeat several times a week to help nourish the hair follicles and scalp.
